AI Planning, Workshops & Adoption

Find a useful place to start with AI—then help your team actually use it.

When it helps

Built for situations like these.

Your team is curious about AI, or already paying for tools, but there is no clear first project, no shared way of working, and no plan for adoption.

  • Teams that want a practical first AI project, not a strategy deck
  • Organizations that bought AI licenses that are not being used well
  • Leaders who need to set expectations for how staff use AI tools
  • Teams that learn best by working on their own tasks

Ways to start

Defined starting scopes, so you know what you are buying.

Each scope has clear boundaries. Your written proposal confirms exactly what is included before work begins.

AI Opportunity Sprint

Review up to three workflows within one team and leave with a prioritized shortlist and a practical pilot plan.

Typically covers

  • Discovery session
  • Workflow review
  • Opportunity shortlist
  • Pilot recommendation

Implementation is scoped separately.

Scoped proposal

AI Team Workshop

A practical half-day or full-day session using your team's real tasks, for up to 15 participants.

Typically covers

  • Preparation around your workflows
  • Guided examples and exercises
  • Concise follow-up guide

Custom implementations are scoped separately.

Scoped proposal

AI Tool Adoption Pilot

Configure one selected tool for one team, prepare usable workflows, and support adoption.

Typically covers

  • Bounded configuration
  • Two training sessions
  • Usage guidance and handoff

Software licenses are client-paid.

Stage 1 of 5 · Discovery

Understand the work

Define the problem, the people who use it, the systems involved, and the constraints.

Output

Problem statement and requirements

What happens

  • Working session with the people who do the work
  • Review existing tools, access, and data
  • Confirm feasibility before committing to a build

Every project is scoped in writing. Timing is confirmed in your proposal.

What you receive

What you receive

  • Prioritized AI opportunity shortlist
  • Pilot plan with success measures
  • Team training and resource guide
  • Tool-use expectations your team can follow

How NSS builds it

  • People stay accountable for every output
  • Approved data only—agreed in writing
  • Benefits described as capacity recovered until measured

Software, hosting, and usage costs are identified during scoping and are client-paid unless your proposal says otherwise.

Questions

Before you start.

Does NSS implement solutions as well as advise?
Yes. NSS offers both advisory and implementation engagements—configuring business tools, automating workflows, integrating systems, and building websites and applications. Your proposal defines the deliverables and names the delivery team. Any later team change or third-party subcontractor is disclosed in advance and requires your written approval.
How is a project priced?
NSS reviews your requirements and provides a written estimate before any work begins. Additional systems, features, content, migration, or support can change the estimate, so the scope boundaries are stated in the proposal.
Are software and AI usage costs included?
Software subscriptions, hosting, API usage, messaging, and other third-party charges are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them. Expected operating costs are identified during scoping, and client-owned accounts are preferred.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Existing tools are assessed first. The right solution depends on available integrations, access, data quality, and the workflow being supported. Feasibility is confirmed before committing to a build.
What happens after launch?
Your proposal explains the handoff and any included post-launch assistance. Ongoing care and improvement plans are available for supported systems, with defined capacity and responsibilities.

What would you like your business to do better?

Tell NSS what is taking too much time, where work is getting stuck, or what you want to build. You'll get a practical next step and a written estimate before any work begins.
