Portals, Internal Tools & Business Systems

One place for your team or customers to submit, track, and act on work.

When it helps

Built for situations like these.

Requests arrive by email, status lives in spreadsheets, customers ask for updates by phone, and nobody has one view of the work.

  • Intake, approval, and status processes run through email and spreadsheets
  • Clients who need a place to submit requests and see progress
  • Sales teams without a working CRM
  • Leaders who need one operational view instead of five reports
  • Founders validating a first version of a web product

Ways to start

Defined starting scopes, so you know what you are buying.

Each scope has clear boundaries. Your written proposal confirms exactly what is included before work begins.

Final scope follows a requirements review.

  • Testing and documentation
  • A bounded launch

Complex products need a separate estimate.

Questions

Before you start.

Does NSS implement solutions as well as advise?
Yes. NSS offers both advisory and implementation engagements—configuring business tools, automating workflows, integrating systems, and building websites and applications. Your proposal defines the deliverables and names the delivery team. Any later team change or third-party subcontractor is disclosed in advance and requires your written approval.
How is a project priced?
NSS reviews your requirements and provides a written estimate before any work begins. Additional systems, features, content, migration, or support can change the estimate, so the scope boundaries are stated in the proposal.
Are software and AI usage costs included?
Software subscriptions, hosting, API usage, messaging, and other third-party charges are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them. Expected operating costs are identified during scoping, and client-owned accounts are preferred.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Existing tools are assessed first. The right solution depends on available integrations, access, data quality, and the workflow being supported. Feasibility is confirmed before committing to a build.
What happens after launch?
Your proposal explains the handoff and any included post-launch assistance. Ongoing care and improvement plans are available for supported systems, with defined capacity and responsibilities.

What would you like your business to do better?

Tell NSS what is taking too much time, where work is getting stuck, or what you want to build. You'll get a practical next step and a written estimate before any work begins.
