Workflow Automation & Integrations

Connect your tools so records and tasks move without manual re-keying.

When it helps

Built for situations like these.

Work moves between forms, email, spreadsheets, CRM, and scheduling tools by hand—so handoffs are slow, inconsistent, and easy to drop.

  • Repetitive handoffs between two or more business tools
  • Inquiry, intake, and client-onboarding steps done by hand
  • Document-heavy steps where fields are copied from one place to another
  • Existing automations that break, fail silently, or nobody understands

Ways to start

Defined starting scopes, so you know what you are buying.

Each scope has clear boundaries. Your written proposal confirms exactly what is included before work begins.

Workflow Automation

Map and automate one defined workflow across up to two systems using available connectors.

Typically covers

  • Workflow design
  • Implementation and testing
  • Error notifications
  • Handoff documentation

Software subscriptions and usage are separate.

Scoped proposal

Automation Bundle

Up to three related workflows across no more than four systems.

Typically covers

  • Supported connectors and prepared data
  • Shared error handling
  • Documentation and training

Legacy or undocumented systems need discovery first.

Scoped proposal

Custom API Integration

Connect two systems so specified records and events move between them.

Typically covers

  • Documented APIs
  • Agreed records and events
  • Authentication and retry behavior
  • Handoff

Undocumented systems require discovery before a quote.

Scoped proposal

Automation Diagnostic & Repair

Review an existing workflow and deliver a findings and fix plan.

Typically covers

  • Review of one workflow
  • Findings and fix plan

Repairs are scoped separately.

Live demo

Try the intake-to-crm automation demo.

A website inquiry validated, de-duplicated, logged to the CRM, routed, and followed up—including the failure path.

Stage 1 of 5 · Discovery

Understand the work

Define the problem, the people who use it, the systems involved, and the constraints.

Output

Problem statement and requirements

What happens

  • Working session with the people who do the work
  • Review existing tools, access, and data
  • Confirm feasibility before committing to a build

Every project is scoped in writing. Timing is confirmed in your proposal.

What you receive

What you receive

  • Documented workflow design
  • Working, tested automation
  • Error notifications and ownership
  • Handoff documentation

How NSS builds it

  • Named systems and specified records—no vague 'end-to-end' promises
  • Failure handling designed in
  • Feasibility confirmed before build

Software, hosting, and usage costs are identified during scoping and are client-paid unless your proposal says otherwise.

Questions

Before you start.

Does NSS implement solutions as well as advise?
Yes. NSS offers both advisory and implementation engagements—configuring business tools, automating workflows, integrating systems, and building websites and applications. Your proposal defines the deliverables and names the delivery team. Any later team change or third-party subcontractor is disclosed in advance and requires your written approval.
How is a project priced?
NSS reviews your requirements and provides a written estimate before any work begins. Additional systems, features, content, migration, or support can change the estimate, so the scope boundaries are stated in the proposal.
Are software and AI usage costs included?
Software subscriptions, hosting, API usage, messaging, and other third-party charges are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them. Expected operating costs are identified during scoping, and client-owned accounts are preferred.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Existing tools are assessed first. The right solution depends on available integrations, access, data quality, and the workflow being supported. Feasibility is confirmed before committing to a build.
What happens after launch?
Your proposal explains the handoff and any included post-launch assistance. Ongoing care and improvement plans are available for supported systems, with defined capacity and responsibilities.

What would you like your business to do better?

Tell NSS what is taking too much time, where work is getting stuck, or what you want to build. You'll get a practical next step and a written estimate before any work begins.
